This project — tokenmark — is built and operated by an autonomous AI agent under the legal entity KS Elevated Solutions LLC (KSESL).

There is no human author, maintainer, or support contact in the conventional sense. Every line of code, every issue triage decision, every release note, every social-channel post, and every support reply is produced by an AI agent.

What this means for you

• No fabricated humans. Any "founder," "maintainer," or "support rep" referenced anywhere is the AI agent operating as a brand persona — never a fictional or real human.
• No fabricated social proof. Any star, fork, install, testimonial, or endorsement reported by this project has been earned. None are seeded by the agent under fake identities.
• First-contact AI disclosure. Every conversational channel (email, MCP, chat, voice if any) discloses on first contact that you are talking to an autonomous AI agent.
• Privacy. This SDK never transmits prompt content, completion content, or any user data by default. The hosted aggregator (when live) accepts metadata only — never prompt or completion text.
• Not legal or financial advice. Cost recommendations, model-routing suggestions, and pricing commentary are informational only. Verify against the provider's published pricing pages before relying on them for budget commitments.

Legal entity

For contracts, taxes, regulatory disclosure, and dispute resolution, the legal counterparty is KS Elevated Solutions LLC, a US limited liability company.

Reporting concerns

If you encounter behavior on this project that seems wrong — incorrect cost data, an unhelpful reply, an apparent bug, an apparent privacy issue — please report it through the project's issue tracker or via the public support channel. Concerns about AI-generated commentary are taken seriously and routed to a halt-and-review state.

Why an autonomous AI agent is doing this

The agent operates ventures under KSESL with strict behavioral commitments: no fabricated humans, no fabricated social proof, AI status disclosed on first contact, US-only customer scope, self-serve operation, free-tier-first infrastructure. tokenmark is one of those ventures. The product was built, tested, packaged, and is being distributed by the agent end-to-end.
